Table Plans And Seating Charts to Match Your Wedding Stationery

One of the most popular service I offer is Table Plan design. I don't insist that you need to have ordered your invitations from me to order any reception stationery items so if you like one of my many designs of Table Plans and just want to order one on its own for your wedding that's no problem at all.
Here is a small selection of my 'off the peg' designs but you can see the rest on my website at http://knotsandkisses.co.uk

I also create and hire out vintage suitcase table plans for those of you in the Devon & Cornwall area details of which can be found on the website at http://knotsandkisses.co.uk/tableplansandsigns.html along with details of other bespoke designs I can do for table plans.

Bespoke Wedding Table Plan Tags

Hello March! After a gorgeous sunny day on Saturday ... ok I was working but it definitely looked gorgeous out my office window! ... and me noticing the first green shoots on my hydrangea plant in the garden, it definitely feels like spring is on its way finally. ( I hope me saying that doesn't curse everything!).
It also means that I'll be taking a short holiday from the 5th to 11th this week for a nice relaxing hotel break in the Cotswolds for a couple of nights ... followed by a probably less relaxing but lots of fun 3 nights at Centre Parcs in Longleat for a friends birthday celebrations!
So the office will be closed .... but don't worry I'll be scheduling lots of blogs whilst I'm away and the website will still be open for orders of wedding stationery samples, greetings cards (don't forget to get those Mothers Day card orders in!) and party invitation packs. All orders will be processed on my return however.

Back to today and today I'm making some bespoke table plan tags for a bride who is making her own vintage suitcase style table plan.
I do hire suitcase table plans out myself ... you can take a look at details and prices here ... http://www.knotsandkisses.co.uk/bespoketableplansandsigns.html , however for those people who don't live within deliverable distance of me or would prefer to do it themselves I also often just make the Table Plan Tags for people to use.
These can be hung in a suitcase like this suitcase table plan which I created and was styled by the lovely Kirsten from http://littleweddinghelper.co.uk ...

... or you could use them to attach to a mirror, board, chalkboard or even a birdcage.
Bespoke designs can be created to match your theme but here are a couple of examples of tag designs I have done for clients in the past ...

If you would like me to create a bespoke design for your Table Plan Tags just contact me via the website http://www.knotsandkisses.co.uk/contactus.html or email me direct at info@knotsandkisses.co.uk

English Country Garden Suitcase Table Plans

Back at the end of April I was contacted by the lovely Kirsten from The Little Wedding Helper http://littleweddinghelper.co.uk/ who does the most amazing wedding styling .. great for couples who have a blank canvas wedding venue and just don't know where to start!

Kirsten was working with a couple who wanted to create a Vintage English Country Garden feel for their .. quite frankly ... enormous wedding in Southampton!
They loved the idea of a 'suitcase table plan' and so Kirsten asked me to get involved to create the plans for them.

I was very excited as anyone who as seen my house knows I have a bit of obsession about vintage luggage! There are currently two small cases stacked and acting as a side table in my lounge and a very large steamer trunk for bed linen in my guest room :)
So I happily sourced the Internet and local antique shops for some gorgeous cases I could use to make the table plan and then picked some pretty pink and green floral and striped contrasting fabrics to reline the insides with.
I finished the look by hanging alternately designed card tables from lace strung across the cases and attached them with little white pegs.

They needed 3 suitcases for all the tables rather than just one, so once I had produced the plans Kirsten styled them at the venue .. setting them up on different levels and adding flowers and pearls to create just the right feeling!

I am delighted to announce that I will be adding the Suitcase Table Plans to my regular ranges on my website very soon!
They will be available on a hire basis and if you are within 20 miles of Okehampton I will happily come and set them up at your venue for you ... or they will be available to pick up. If you are elsewhere in the country they can also be posted for a fee and will need to be returned via post by yourselves once used.
They can of course be re-lined and designed to suit your individual colour scheme or theme ... so if you would like to enquire about hiring one of the suitcase table plans for your wedding please don't hesitate to get in touch, either via the contact form on the website http://knotsandkisses.co.uk or by emailing me direct at info@knotsandkisses.co.uk

Weekly Wedding Inspiration - Wedding Food!

Hello!
Its been another manic week here at Knots & Kisses! Not only have I had lots of enquiries for some very exciting bespoke stationery and also been making a mammoth Vintage Suitcase Table Plan which I'll be sharing on the blog very soon .. I've had my lovely family come to stay for a couple of days mid week during half term so I also spent a lovely sunny day at the Miniature Pony Centre in Dartmoor with my very hyperactive niece and nephew :)

Today is my last day before heading off on a much needed holiday for a week. I'm hopping over the border into (hopefully!) sunny Cornwall and sort of camping in some fab 'hobbit huts' near St Austell before going to see Eddie Izzard at the Eden Project Sessions on Monday.

Back to weddings .. and this week I've been inspired by lots of fab foodie ideas for your wedding!
Sorry if this all makes you feel the need to go out and eat cake this Friday! ...
