Rustic Travel Wedding Inspiration Moodboard

Hopefully you caught my post on Monday where I shared the bespoke luggage tag Save the Date Cards which I created for Hayley & Glen.
Today I'm sharing a 'Rustic Travel' moodboard which I've created to match the look.
I've incorporated the shades of pale browns, beiges and white which were a part of the cards and also added a hint of blue/grey which I think is a lovely accent for this theme.
Pile high suitcases and globes as décor and hang lots of fresh white bunting and the look is complete.

Vintage Purple Travel Inspired Wedding Stationery

I'm back in the studio this morning and Knots & Kisses is re-open after the Christmas break. I have to say its a bit tough getting back into the swing of things this morning but I've got plenty of wedding stationery orders this week to keep me busy :)

To kick start a new week I've got a brand new bespoke stationery design to share with you and some styling ideas to match.
My customers loved my Vintage Travel range but really wanted to keep to their 'vintage purple' theme and also liked the idea of a boarding pass style invitation.
So I incorporated the fonts and stamp details from my existing range and the vintage style background but put a purple boarding pass spin on it! Here's the design I came up with for them ...

To go with this new bespoke design I have created a 'Vintage Travel' inspired moodboard with just a hint of purple. I think mixing dark purples with light beige and browns stops it from looking too 'themed' and creates a really soft atmosphere for a wedding. Accessorise with lots of vintage luggage, bicycles and map prints and you're there!

Vintage Travel Wedding Stationery And Styling Ideas

Its been so busy here at Knots & Kisses last week I decided to take a little bit of a break from the blog ... only for a few days but I've now definitely back in the zone and wanting to share with you lots of gorgeous wedding products and stationery.

Last week I was working on an order of my Vintage Travel range, amongst other things, and as Vintage travel had a little revamp at the same time as the website was updated and I refreshed everything else I though I'd share it with you today.

Vintage Travel has definitely been one of my more popular ranges since launching it. Vintage Travel Wedding Inspiration

Following on from the launch I wanted to share with you some of the styling ideas I've put together to give you some Vintage Travel wedding inspiration for your own big day!
Obviously vintage suitcases are a great styling prop for a travel inspired wedding ... you could also use vintage maps as bunting and use photos of your favourite destinations on each table.
The moodboard I've put together uses these elements plus a gorgeous mix of browns, creams and lace to give that real vintage feel. Rather than using bright reds and blues from the airmail motif I've used rust reds and dusky blues, just as I've done with the stationery range. I think it gives it a softer more vintage feel.
