Mauve And White Rustic Wedding Stationery and Inspiration

Today I wanted to share with you a version of my Sketch range of Wedding Stationery which I adapted for a client recently.
Sketch is available in three standard colours http://www.knotsandkisses.co.uk/sketch.html , however it can be changed to a variety of colours depending on your wedding scheme and I also, for no extra charge, create bespoke illustrations for the range.

In this instance the lovely Bride wanted a sketch of her wedding venue as the motif and a mauve and white colour scheme to match her wedding.
Here are the Save the Date cards I created, which came with a rustic brown Kraft envelope.

I think the addition of hessian and brown Kraft makes this pretty colour scheme really work and so I've come up with some rustic touches to add to the Wedding Moodboard I've created below...

Sketch - Lavender & Twine Wedding Reception Stationery

I hope you've all had a lovely weekend! Mine was spent having a bit of a relax at my Mums in Birmingham for her birthday - which was fantastic after such a hectic week!

Some great news over the weekend is that the lovely Want That Wedding blog has featured my new Vintage Travel range of Wedding Stationery and not only that there is also a competition to win 50 Save the Date cards in the range! So please head over to http://www.wantthatwedding.co.uk/2013/01/27/vintage-travel-knots-kisses-wedding-stationery/ for your chance to win!

On to today and I wanted to tell you about some reception stationery I'm currently working on for a lovely client.
As I've mentioned before my Sketch range of Wedding Stationery is really easily adapted to suit any colour scheme or wedding design, and I am often sketching out new motifs which better suit the clients wedding and changing the background colour to suit their colourscheme.

Last year I adapted the design for an English / Scottish theme with a lavender colourscheme.

And this week I'll be working on the reception stationery to match this lavender set of stationery .. including a menu design and order of service.
Here are a few styling ideas if you are also having a rustic lavender theme ...
