Firstly congratulations to any of you who may have got engaged over the Christmas holidays so far!
Hopefully you will find this blog useful when planning your wedding and choosing your wedding stationery and please don't hesitate to drop me an email if you need any help :)
Today I want to share a bespoke version of my Country Garden range of Wedding Stationery, which is one of the most popular ranges I offer here at Knots & Kisses. http://knotsandkisses.co.uk/countrygardenweddingstationery.html
I am often asked by couples to tweak existing ranges to better suit their wedding and I can easily do this for just a small fee of £25.
Earlier this year I was contacted by the lovely Lorna who loved my Country Garden range but wanted a paler pink background colour to better suit her wedding and also to incorporate some real lace into the design.
I was pleased to help and removed the 'lace print' from the design ... tying real lace ribbon at the spine instead.
To match the bespoke design above I've created a inspiration moodboard .. hopefully this will inspire some of you that like the look for your wedding.
I've mixed country ginghams and rustic wooden touches with pretty lace gloves and flowers.
If you would like to discuss a bespoke design for your wedding stationery just get in touch at info@knotsandkisses.co.uk ... I'll be back in the office responding to emails on the 5th January :)

Pretty Wedding Reception Stationery for A Cotswold Wedding
Hello all!
Hope you've all had a fabulous weekend ... I managed to take a little time off on Saturday afternoon and enjoy the sunshine and amazing food at the Exeter South West Food Festival at Exeter Castle. Beautiful venue if you are contemplating a wedding in the area by the way ... I'll try and blog about some of the fantastic food suppliers I saw later in the week :)
However on todays blog I firstly want to say a massive congratulations to the lovely Lauren from Ladyamy Bespoke Wedding Design http://www.ladyamyweddingdesign.co.uk/ and her new husband Wayne, who got married this weekend in the Cotswolds!
Lauren has been a massive support to Knots & Kisses .. having guest posted on this blog and also involved me in some amazing photo shoots over the last couple of years.
So I was delighted to design some stationery for Lauren & Wayne's Wedding Reception and came up with the designs below for her Table Numbers and hanging tags for her Table Plan.
I can't wait to see photos of them in situe on the day ...
Remember if you would like me to come up with a bespoke design for your wedding just get in touch at http://knotsandkisses.co.uk or email me at info@knotsandkisses.co.uk

Vintage Pink & Doves Wedding Theme & Stationery
Can you believe its the last week of November already! It will soon be Christmas ... so get your Christmas card orders in soon! http://www.knotsandkisses.co.uk/greeetings%20cards.html
I took the weekend off this week, after a pretty disastrous week last week, to make some Christmas Stockings & Decorations for my house. On that note I'd like to say a massive thank you to those of you who provided support and well needed words of encouragement last week through twitter and facebook ... it was really appreciated x
Also just a quick message to say that it's the last couple of days of voting in the Wedding Ideas Magazine awards so I'd really appreciate you considering voting for Knots & Kisses in the Wedding Stationery category if you can! http://www.weddingideasmag.com/wedding-ideas-awards-2013-voting-form/
On to today and I wanted to share with you some bespoke wedding stationery work I did recently.
The clients really liked the colours etc of my Storybook range but wanted to adapt it to better suit their theme and wedding, which was a little less ornate and had more of a 'Doves' theme.
I therefore took the basic elements of Storybook and paired it right down to create a pretty bespoke folded invitation which included doves, and small floral branches, aswell as the roses which are an integral part of the Storybook look.

I also worked on a design for them for a really fun and quirky RSVP card, where they asked guests to reply and fill in the blanks in a little 'story', with a prize for the best response! Such a fun way of getting your guests involved and making sure they reply!
Here are a few design ideas on a moodboard that I have had on wedding styling to match this gorgeous theme of vintage pink and doves. Following on from my Storybook range it has a bit of a fairytale quality with gorgeous shades of pink, lots of lace and mismatching floral fabrics. I've also added in a lovely birdcage which would make a great table centrepiece to carry on the Doves theme ...
