Rustic Vintage Christmas Wedding Invitations & Inspiration

The final range which I have launched as part of my Autumn collection this week is the new Vintage Christmas range and you can purchase samples now from the website at http://knotsandkisses.co.uk

This is another redesign of an existing collection ‘title’. I’ve had a Vintage Christmas range for a while now but decided it was in need of a 2014 style update! The previous Christmas range was quite dark in colour, and really very ‘Christmassy’ so I decide to go for a lighter more rustic style with subtle Christmas details of holly and tartan in a folded style. Its pretty much the Christmas version of my summery ‘Country Garden’ range … so if you like that style but are getting married in the winter this one’s definitely for you. I also think it works well for any winter wedding even if you’re not getting married in December as the holly print is really very subtle.

Day Invitation Packs come with an internal pocket for information cards and rsvp, and of course there is a full range of matching reception stationery ... including this stylish table plan ...

I've created a rustic wedding inspiration moodboard incorporating subtle tartan elements, with bouquets incorporating cones and berries. Perfect for a subtle Christmas look without looking too themed.

Vintage Christmas Theme Wedding Invitations

Hello! Hope you all had a lovely weekend.
Today I wanted to share again my Vintage Christmas range of wedding stationery. Many of you who are planning a Christmas or Winter wedding may well be starting to think about sending out your wedding stationery very soon and may want to consider my Vintage Christmas range.

In a beautiful dark red with prints of holly, robins and candy canes ... this range really evoked the spirit of a vintage Victorian Christmas for me.
For more information you can see the whole range and order samples via my website at http://www.knotsandkisses.co.uk/vintagechristmascollection.html

And here is a vintage Christmas themed moodboard to match the range ...

A Vintage Christmas Wedding & Stationery

Well its the 1st of November ... how the heck did that happen! I have suddenly got my Christmas head on now Halloween is over and am going into severe 'get ready' for Christmas shopping mode. I LOVE Christmas and like to get all of the present shopping done in November so I can have nicely wrapped presents under the tree when I put it up at the beginning of December ... my other half thinks this is sad ... I just say 'enthusiastic' :)

So with all this Christmassyness ( yes that surely is a word!) running around my head I though it only appropriate that I shared with you the newly updated 'Vintage Christmas' range of Wedding Stationery which also had a bit of a revamp when we relaunced the website last week.

You can now order Vintage Christmas as either a flat folded invitation or a pocket style invite and I've updated the look to include a candy cane pattern as a contrast on both the menus and the new envelope liners. You can order samples or buy 'Ready to Write Packs' in the range via the website http://www.knotsandkisses.co.uk/vintagechristmascollection.html

And remember, if you're in the same sort of Christmas planning mood as me at the moment, you can also purchase Christmas Card Packs in three very festive designs direct from the website as well! http://www.knotsandkisses.co.uk/greetingscards.html

More Christmas Wedding Stationery Ideas!

Its going to be an incredibly busy week here at Knots & Kisses. There are lots of orders to finish and go out before I go on holiday for a week on Friday .. plus the final preparations to put in place for the launch of the new concept for the Knots & Kisses website which launches on the 1st October when I get back.
I can let slip that its going to be called 'Simply Knots & Kisses' and will be revealing more details very soon!

Thanks to everyone who let me know last week how much they liked the new Christmas range ... I was so pleased with the response!
On that theme I've also been doing some bespoke designs for a Christmas wedding over the last couple of weeks and wanted to share them with you today.

The client was after a traditional Christmas feel with red and gold colours.

New Wedding Stationery Range - A Vintage Christmas!

I'm excited this morning as I am launching a brand new range of wedding stationery for all you Christmas and Winter brides out there!
Christmas is most certainly my favourite time of the year .. as a designer I just can't help spending hours decorating the tree, the fireplaces and wrapping presents in gorgeous bits of paper and ribbon.
And if you're having a Christmas wedding its surely twice as much fun!

I'm therefore delighted to introduce my new range .. 'A Vintage Christmas'.

I wanted to evoke Christmas images of the past ... lots of victoriana with holly, candy canes and pretty little robins. The 'Vintage Christmas' range has the same feel and style as my 'Storybook' range as I felt both had those same echoes of childhood and literature about them.

The collection comes with a full range of matching reception stationery for you to decorate your venue with .. hopefully alongside a huge Christmas Tree of your own!
When it comes to styling ideas for a Christmas wedding you can't beat the classics ... dress with plenty of firs and holly. Mix and match red and green tartans with red gingham. For a really vintage feel I would avoid the obvious choice of golds and possibly use wooden ornaments, fir cones or handpainted enamels .. and perhaps a vintage bauble on each plate for your guest's favours.
